UNPOPULAR OPINION: High Performance is easy 🫣
- Wake up 15 minutes earlier
- Buy brown rice > white rice
- Read instead of Netflix
- Journal for 10 minutes
- Drink water, not Coke Zero
- Delete social media apps from your phone
Yes, adopting these rituals is initially hard, due to habitual conditioning that pulls you to do everything
But once you normalise any of these rituals into your life, then it becomes your default way of life
It becomes as mindless as brushing your teeth or putting on the seatbelt when you get in the car
It becomes as mindless as everything that you’re doing now!
Therefore, I believe that it doesn’t take any more effort to live as a high-performer than a low-performer.
In fact, I’d argue it takes less effort. There is less mental debating, procrastination + regret and therefore, more freedom and peace! ✌️
