1. “WHO am I going to be this year?”

When we ask WHO, not WHAT. We shift our sense of self, which is the foundation for everything that we think, feel, say, and do. It’s a deeper and more powerful commitment to our future business than ONLY focusing on our actions

2. “WHAT is my biggest priority?”

When we are clear on our biggest priority, then we can centre everything around the vision of our business and create alignment with everything we say ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to

3. “WHAT’S the biggest thing that’s currently holding me back?”

When we can diagnose our biggest hurdle, then we can strategise what knowledge, skills, or actions we need to take to overcome it and make our business dreams a reality

4. “WHAT’S the one thing I need to commit to this week that will make the biggest impact?”

Asking ourselves this will help compartmentalise our focus to take the tangible steps required to progress forward. Arguably, this IS the most important prerequisite to actualise our dream business, so it’s time to get to work!
