Leading up to the event, I’d thought a lot about how I wanted to use my voice to share an idea worth spreading.

I decided on a topic that isn’t just about helping people fulfill an extraordinary life through business but going one level beyond that. I wanted to question how the INDUSTRY could be better for all who are involved today and for future generations.

Specifically, I wanted to open the conversation about how we can create more space for people of all backgrounds to have a voice in this booming industry that is designed to bring out the best in people.
