This included softening her voice, slowing down her speaking speed, and adding more melody to make her prospect feel more comfortable.
It’s damn powerful how much our reality can change, simply due to how we deliver our communication.
Previously, she would get so nervous when a prospect objected her price, that she would stutter and try to end the call as fast as possible.
