Imagine this: Someone has decided to start a business with their skillset, whether they are a coach, lawyer, or Physiotherapist.
They plan their business strategy to make sure that they’ll be profitable, focus on delivering the BEST service, and then start marketing to get their first clients.

Just because you have a business and sell something on the outside, doesn’t mean you have a brand!
Similarly, in dating, someone can list a lot about themselves on the outside: Their job, hobbies, and academic qualifications, but it’s only until you spend a good amount of time with them that you can really get a feel for whether you like them through who they are beyond all of those outer things.
Your brand is the same. It’s not what you sell, but the meaning people attach to your business and offers. It’s the vibe they get from you, the perspective they have of your values, your beliefs, your personality, what you stand for or against, your story, and more.
Many businesses skip working on their brand because it’s so conceptual and HARD to encapsulate into a succinct plan to execute. It also doesn’t make money straight away.
