It’d happened again: I was at lunch with a group of friends, and I’d only gotten halfway through a story when the waiter came and served our meal.
Once everyone got their food, nobody cared to ask about the second half of the story and the conversation moved on.
I felt so disregarded. I thought to myself… “I’m just not good at storytelling”
This was 4 years ago.
But how silly of me make myself victim, when I hadn’t ever taken the time to learn or practice good storytelling.
Like, obviously I wasn’t going to be good at storytelling if I hadn’t ever tried? Come on Trang 😂
My friends, storytelling is a skill.
