RETREAT schedule
Day 1: TUNE INTO YOURSELF
Day 1 is all about grounding and resetting your mind. You will get to step into a new environment to clear the noise, and tune in to yourself for the transformative days to come. Expect to: Go through some learnings and reflection to create space to access the deepest parts of you that you wouldn't usually get to in your day to day life.
Day 2: HEAL YOURSELF
Now that you have tuned into yourself, it's time to go through different processes for emotional releasing and receiving (Including inner child healing and powerful self-worth work). This is so you can heal the deep parts of you that are blocking your journey of growth, so you can finally achieve your dream reality like business growth and personal fulfilment.
DAY 3: DISCOVER YOUR FUTURE
Today is where you'll get to embody the highest version of yourself. You will get to go skydiving (Wooo!) and enjoy a deep somatic and breathwork workshop. You'll also attend the dreaming workshop to immerse into a higher vision for your future. Today will show you how fast things can change and how quickly you can uncover what you're truly capable of.
Day 4: LET'S GOOOO!
The last day integrates what you've done at the retreat to prepare you to continue this momentum in the 'real world'. You'll get to permanently capture your new energy in a mini branding photoshoot to freshen up your online presence and have an afternoon of deep work and Q&A for your business or anything else that needs your attention!

IN CASE YOU'RE WONDERING...
Although most of the women Trang works with and who attend Life of Legacy Retreat are either running side-hustles or full-time business owners, it’s not a pre-requisite.
The focus for the Life of Legacy Retreat is inner and personal transformation, which is relevant for all women regardless of their specific goals.
The main thing is just that Trang will often use business-related examples or stories, and there will be some time on the last day for Q&A and women to sit down and do focused work. For most women, that will be related to their business, but it can be personal admin that you need to do. The mini photoshoot is often used for women to freshen up their branding shots, but it can be for your personal use too!
The retreat is designed to be intimate so that each woman has space to share her voice and be seen and heard.
For that reason, there will be only 6-8 attendees at the retreat.
Trang will never force anyone to do anything, so skydiving is not compulsory.
However, since it is a group exercise and designed to bring out courage and accomplishment, it has a powerful role to play in your development at the retreat. Therefore, it is encouraged that you give it a go.
You’ll have a spot already booked for you, and you have the ability the change your mind at any point up until the morning of the jump (On day 3), so you can take it as it comes!
